I would like to personally thank you for the unbelievable attention and service you gave me and my family. It is rare today to find a company such as Tristar Mortgage, and in particular an individual, Kim Sheets, who is truly devoted to obtaining what is best for the customer. We had called many mortgage companies in an effort to get our loan started, but Kim was the only person that would take the time to explain our options and always promptly got back to us with our questions. When we had gotten our approval for our loan, we were surprised that anyone would still continue to follow up with us with updates in regards to our closing. She made sure we were informed on every detail. This is the third home we have purchased and this was the only time we were able to be excited about our purchase. Normally, we spend countless hours trying to get people to call us back only to find out at closing that our rate had changed or there were hidden fees we were not told about.
